Our 4-bed Level III Group Homes in Charlotte, NC, are designed to support adolescent girls with mental and emotional health challenges, ages 10-17. Nurturing Nest provides a safe and nurturing environment where youth can address complex social, emotional, and behavioral needs under the care of our compassionate and dedicated staff. Each resident enjoys the comfort and privacy of their own bedroom while participating in therapeutic, experiential, and academic programming tailored to their individual needs. Our goal is to ensure every youth feels supported and empowered to engage fully in their treatment journey, fostering growth, resilience, and well-being in a safe and structured environment.

Our Approach
NNRH offers a safe & supportive environment where our girls can freely participate in specialized therapeutic activities. Through Individual & Group Therapy sessions with our Licensed Counselor, our youth are able to address experiences related to self-worth, emotional challenges, managing behaviors, & other personal growth areas. Services are designed to foster self-confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being in a space where youth feel seen, valued, and understood.
In addition, NNRH has partnered with the What's Next Project, a Charlotte-based nonprofit supporting teen girls to prepare them for the school year therough skill-building, personal development support and various resources.
